To enable PingOne SSO Login on Oloid Portal, you need to raise a ticket with Oloid Support. Your PingOne SSO Login will be enabled within 48 hrs.
Pre-requisite
You should be a user in the Oloid Portal with Admin/Supervisor role.
Follow the below steps to log into Oloid Portal using PingOne SSO Login option:
Launch your browser.
Enter the URL provided for you in the browser’s address bar > press Enter on your keyboard.
The Oloid LOGIN page is displayed.
Click Log in with SSO.
The configured Log in options are displayed.
Click Continue with Ping to log in to Oloid Platform with PingOne SSO.
The Sign in pop-up box is displayed.
Enter your Ping User Name > enter Password > click Sign On.
You are logged in to the Oloid Portal using PingOne SSO successfully.
