Steps to Kill and Relaunch the App
Step 1: Close the App
Swipe up from the bottom of the iPad screen and pause in the middle to display recently used apps.
Step 2: View Open Apps
All running apps are displayed.
Step 3: Kill the App
Locate Oloid Connect.
Swipe the app upward to force close it.
Step 4: Relaunch the App
Tap the Oloid Connect app icon to reopen the app.
