Introduction
The HR Picture Verification upload feature allows Admins to upload High Resolution facial images of users in bulk for identity verification.
Pre-requisite
Collect the images(faces) of the employees. The users can take pictures from their phone and send it to the Portal Admin to use in the portal.
Create one file per employee with images(faces). Each file should be named as primary ID_username.
To upload faces for multiple users, combine all individual user files into a single folder and then upload the consolidated folder.
Steps to Import faces
Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.
On the home page of the portal, click Directory on the left panel menu.
Click HR Picture Verification.
The HR Picture Verification page is displayed.
Click Import Faces.
The Import Faces pop-up box is displayed.
Upload the image file of the users.
Click Import.
The images are uploaded and listed on Import Faces page.
