Steps to reset password for supervisor:
Log in to the Oloid Portal.
On the homepage of the portal, click user profile icon on the bottom left corner of the menu panel.
The user profile menu is displayed.
Click Tenant Settings.
The Tenant Settings page is displayed.
Go to Admin Controls > Supervisors.
Click kebab menu (three vertical dots) and select Reset Password for a supervisor.
Reset password pop-up box is displayed.
Click Confirm.
The user reset password link is sent successfully.
