Introduction
This feature in the Oloid Connect app allows Tenant Admins and Supervisors to add user's face credential.
Note: If the connection is enabled to request user consent, the app will ask for consent before uploading the picture.
Pre-requisite:
User should be added to the connection.
Steps to add Face:
Launch the Oloid Connect
app and login with the provided options.Note: For more information about how to log in to the Oloid Connect, refer to How to log into the admin mode of Oloid Connect App as a Supervisor/Admin.
The Settings page is displayed.
Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
The Users page with list of users is displayed.
Tap on the selected user to view details.
The Details screen is displayed.
Tap Submit Consent.
Consent form page is displayed.
Tap Accept.
Tap Face tab, then do the following:
Do one of the following:
Tap Yes- Submit to submit the image.
The face is submitted successfully and is displayed on the details screen.
Tap No- Retake to take the photo again.
The camera turns on to retake photo.
Note: You can add a maximum of five faces per user.
Your face should be visible in the camera, else it might get rejected. It is recommended to avoid wearing things that cover your facial features such as sunglasses, masks, headbands etc. Refer to Oloid's Image Reference Guide to see guidelines on face onboarding images.
