How to repair an endpoint in Oloid Connect App

This document provides step-by-step instructions to repair an endpoint in Oloid Connect.

Steps to repair an endpoint:

  1. Log in as Admin to Oloid Connect.

    Note: For more information about logging in admin mode, see How to log into the admin mode of Oloid Connect App as a Supervisor/Admin.

    The Users page is displayed.

  2. Go to Settings tab.

  3. Select Click here to Repair if advised by Admin.

    The Enter Endpoint ID pop-up is displayed.

  4. On the pop-up box, do the following:

    1. Enter Endpoint ID.

    2. Click Repair.

    The Endpoint is repaired successfully.

    Note: Kill and relaunch the app to make the new updates function properly.
