Introduction
The Google SSO login feature in Oloid Connect allows Admins and Supervisors to securely access Admin Mode using their organization's Google credentials. This simplifies the login process by enabling users to authenticate through Google SSO without repeatedly entering their password, as long as their Google sign-in session remains active.
Prerequisites
You must have a Tenant Admin account.
You must download and install the Oloid Connect app from App Store. For more details, refer How to download Oloid Connect app.
SSO must be configured in the Tenant Admin Portal.
Steps to Login with Google SSO
Launch the Oloid Connect app.
The Welcome screen is displayed.
Tap Pair as Supervisor.
Enter Tenant Name.
Tap Next.
The Login screen is displayed.
Tap Login with SSO.
The SSO options screen is displayed.
Tap Continue with Google.
The confirmation pop-up box is displayed.
Tap Continue.
The Google sign-in screen is displayed.
Do the following:
Enter Email ID.
Tap Next.
The Google Welcome screen is displayed.
Do the following:
Enter Password.
Tap Next.
Note: Once you have signed in to your Google account, your account may be saved for subsequent logins. You may not need to enter your password again as long as your Google sign-in session remains active.
You have successfully logged in to Admin Mode in the Oloid Connect app using Google SSO.
