Introduction
The Microsoft SSO login feature in Oloid Connect allows Admins and Supervisors to securely access Admin Mode using their organization’s Microsoft credentials. By using Microsoft SSO, users can streamline their login process and avoid manual credential entry during the first-time setup of Oloid Connect.
Prerequisite
You must have a Tenant Admin account.
You must download and install the Oloid Connect app from App Store. For more details, refer How to download Oloid Connect app.
SSO must be configured in the Tenant Admin Portal.
Steps to log in with Microsoft SSO
Launch the Oloid Connect app.
The Welcome screen is displayed.
Tap Pair as Supervisor.
Enter Tenant Name.
Tap Next.
The Login screen is displayed.
Tap Login with SSO.
The SSO options screen is displayed.
Tap Continue with Microsoft.
The confirmation pop-up box is displayed.
Tap Continue.
The Microsoft sign-in screen is displayed.
Do the following:
Enter Email ID.
Tap Next.
The Enter password screen is displayed.
Do the following:
Enter Password.
Tap Sign in.
Note: Once you have signed in to your Microsoft account, you will not be prompted to enter your password again for subsequent logins, as long as your Microsoft sign-in session remains active. You may still be prompted to enter your email ID.
You have successfully logged in to Admin Mode in the Oloid Connect app using Microsoft SSO.
