Introduction
This document explains how to configure PingOne Single Sign-On (SSO) for the Tenant Admin Portal. The configuration enables users to authenticate securely using PingOne by entering the required PingOne parameters in the Oloid Tenant Admin Portal after completing the setup in the PingOne Administrator Console.
Prerequisite
Generate the required configuration parameters in the PingOne Administrator Console. For detailed instructions, see PingOne Settings for Oloid SSO
Steps to Configure PingOne SSO
Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.
On the homepage of the portal, click user profile icon on the bottom left corner of the menu panel.
The user profile menu is displayed.
Click Tenant Settings.
The Tenant Settings page is displayed.
Go to Security tab > click PingOne SSO.
Turn on Enable Ping Identity SSO toggle.
Do the following:
Copy Redirect URL.
Use any of the provided Redirect URLs when configuring login in the Ping Identity Admin Console.
In the PingOne Administrator Console, go to Application > Overview > General section and copy the parameters and add the following details:
Environment ID: Add the Environment ID in the Environment ID field.
Client ID: Add the Client ID in the Client ID field.
Client Secret: Add the Client Secret in the Client Secret field.
In the PingOne Administrator Console, go to Application > Overview > Connection Details section and copy the parameters and add the following details:
Auth URL: Add the Authorization URL in the Auth URL field.
Token URL: Add the Token Endpoint in the Token URL field.
User Info URL: Add the User Info URL in the User Info URL field.
Click Save.
The PingOne SSO is configured successfully.
