PingOne Settings for Oloid SSO

This document provides step-by-step instructions to configure PingOne SSO login in the PingOne Admin Console for Oloid Portal.

Introduction

This document provides instructions to configure PingOne Single Sign-On (SSO) in the PingOne Admin Console for the Oloid Tenant Admin Portal.

Prerequisite

You must have administrator access to the PingOne Identity Administrator Console.

Steps to Configure PingOne SSO log in the PingOne Admin Console for Oloid Portal

  1. Sign in to the Ping Identity Administrator Console with your PingOne account credentials.

  2. Select Create Environment, then select Create a Customer Solution.

  3. Go to the newly created environment, select Applications > Application.

    The application page is displayed.

  4. Click Add icon ().

    The add application page is displayed.

  5. Do the following:

    1. Enter Application Name.

    2. Select OIDC Web App from Application Type.

    3. Click Save.

    The application is created successfully.

  6. Select the newly created application from the application list to edit.

  7. On the application Profile page, enable the app using the toggle button next to the application name.

  8. Select Overview tab > OpenID Connect > Add the preferred Redirect URLs > Click Save.

    • https://<tenantname>.oloid.cloud.com/login/ping/callback

    • https://<tenantname>.myoloid.com/login/ping/callback

      Note: Please contact Oloid Support for the Redirect URL.

  9. Go to Overview tab, and do the following:

    1. On General section:

      1. Copy Environment ID.

      2. Copy Client ID.

      3. Copy Client Secret.

        Note: Share ClientID and Client secret with Oloid Support.

    2. On Connection Details section:

      1. Copy Authorization URL.

      2. Copy Token Endpoint URL.

      3. Copy User Info Endpoint URL.

        Note: Add the parameters to the relevant sections in the Tenant Admin Portal.

  10. Go to Overview > OpenID Connect > Token Endpoint Authentication Method select Client Secret Basic from the dropdown list and click Save.
    ​

  11. Go to application details, click Resources > Allowed Scopes Edit icon > select Email > click Save.

    The Email is added in the allowed scopes list.

    The PingOne SSO is configured successfully.
