Supervisor App: Update Badge

This document provides step-by-step instructions to update Badge in Windows Login Supervisor App.

Prerequisite:

The badge must be assigned to the user. For more details, refer Supervisor App: Assign Badge.

Steps to update Badge:

  1. Log in to the Supervisor App.

  2. On the Admin Home screen, select User Management.

    The Home screen is displayed.

  3. Select the preferred user to view details.

  4. Go to Badge tab > select Scan Badge to Edit.

    The Scan Badge to Edit pop-up box is displayed.

  5. Tap the Badge on the Reader to scan it.

    Note: Badge reader must be connected to the system.

  6. Click Save.

    The Badge is updated successfully.
