Prerequisite:
The badge must be assigned to the user. For more details, refer Supervisor App: Assign Badge.
Steps to update Badge:
Log in to the Supervisor App.
On the Admin Home screen, select User Management.
The Home screen is displayed.
Select the preferred user to view details.
Go to Badge tab > select Scan Badge to Edit.
The Scan Badge to Edit pop-up box is displayed.
Tap the Badge on the Reader to scan it.
Note: Badge reader must be connected to the system.
Click Save.
The Badge is updated successfully.
