This document provides step-by-step instructions to configure System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) in Tenant Admin Portal.

Updated this week

Introduction

The SCIM integration in Oloid helps to automate user provisioning and management between identity providers (IDPs) and connected applications. It ensures that user accounts, roles, and attributes stay synchronized automatically across platforms.

Prerequisite

You have Tenant Admin access to the Oloid Tenant Admin Portal.

Steps to Enable and Map the Inbound SCIM

  1. Log in to the Oloid Tenant Admin Portal.

  2. On the Tenant Admin Portal, click the Agent dropdown > SCIM.

The System For Cross-Domain Identify Management (SCIM) page is displayed.

  3. Do the following:

    1. Turn on the Enable Inbound SCIM toggle.

    2. In Mapping section select the applicable Connection from the connection dropdown.

  4. Click Save.

The Endpoint details are generated successfully. These details are required to complete the SCIM configuration.

    • Base URL: It is the endpoint URL used for SCIM integration.

    • Token: It is the authentication token required to authorize SCIM requests.

Note: Use the Base URL and Token keys when configuring the OKTA SCIM, refer Oloid Configuration Guide for Okta SCIM Client | Oloid Help Center.

The System for Cross-Domain Identify Management (SCIM) is successfully configured.
