Introduction
The Badge Enrollment feature in the Oloid DeviceLock App allows admin to register user badges for secure authentication on Android devices. Once a badge is enrolled, users can tap their assigned badge on a connected card reader to quickly and safely unlock their device or access Workforce/HRMS applications.
Prerequisite
You must have Admin Access in the Device Lock Application.
Ensure the Android device is connected to an external card reader.
You must have a Badge available for enrollment.
Steps to Enroll Badge
Login to the Admin mode in DeviceLock App. To login refer How to log in to admin mode in DeviceLock App.
Go to Users tab > select the preferred user.
The user details screen is displayed.
Tap Badge.
The Badge screen is displayed.
Tap Scan Badge.
Scan Badge screen is displayed.
Do one of the following:
Manually enter the Badge number.
OR
Tap the Badge on card reader to scan it.
Tap Create.
Badge is added successfully.
