Once WebKey SSO is enabled and the login URL is available, Tenant Admins can access the portal by authenticating with the Webkey SSO and configured authentication factor.

Before logging into the Tenant Admin Portal using Webkey SSO, ensure the following:

Webkey SSO is enabled for your account. Refer: <a href="https://oloid.help/en/articles/13597272-oloid-webkey-how-to-enable-webkey-sso-login">Oloid Webkey - How to Enable Webkey SSO login</a>

You have the login URL provided to access the Tenant Admin Portal.

- You have a Tenant Admin account.
- Webkey SSO is enabled for your account. Refer: <a href="https://oloid.help/en/articles/13597272-oloid-webkey-how-to-enable-webkey-sso-login">Oloid Webkey - How to Enable Webkey SSO login</a>
- You have the login URL provided to access the Tenant Admin Portal.

Steps to log into Tenant Admin Portal using Webkey SSO

Enter the provided URL in the browser’s address bar and press Enter.

The Oloid Login page is displayed.

The configured Log in options are displayed.

Click Continue with Oloid to log in to Oloid Platform with Webkey SSO.

Select the authentication factor to Login.

Authentication successful message is displayed.

1. Launch your browser.
2. Enter the provided URL in the browser’s address bar and press Enter. 
 The Oloid Login page is displayed.
 
 
 
3. Click Login with SSO.
 The configured Log in options are displayed.
 
 
 
4. Click Continue with Oloid to log in to Oloid Platform with Webkey SSO.
 The Authentication screen is displayed.
 
 
 
5. Select the authentication factor to Login.
6. Complete the authentication steps.
 Authentication successful message is displayed.
 
 
 
 User is logged into Tenant Admin Portal.
