Introduction
The Tenant Admin Portal serves as the management portal for creating and managing users, applications, connections, groups, and credentials within the Oloid system. It enables administrators to configure authentication methods, integrate with identity providers, monitor system activity through reports, and perform other critical administrative tasks.
Prerequisite
You should be a user with Tenant Admin role.
Steps to log in to the Tenant Admin Portal
Launch your browser.
Enter the URL provided for you in the browser’s address bar > press Enter on your keyboard.
The Tenant Admin Portal Login page is displayed.
Enter your Username or Email.
Enter Password > Click Login.
Note: Oloid uses SSO login and also allows you to log in to the Tenant Admin Portal with your Google, Microsoft, Okta, PingOne, Auth0 or with your Email account.
You are logged in to the Tenant Admin Portal successfully.
