Oloid

This document explains how to configure Screensaver settings for the Oloid Connect application in the Tenant Admin Portal. You can configure Passive Wake Mode to keep the camera active with an overlay screen, or Energy Saver Mode to turn off the camera until the user manually restarts the app. 

You must have access to Tenant Admin Portal.

The Oloid Connect application must be created and configured in the Tenant Admin Portal. - You must have access to Tenant Admin Portal.
- The Oloid Connect application must be created and configured in the Tenant Admin Portal. Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.

On the Applications page, click on the preferred Oloid Connect application.

The application details page is displayed.

Go to Theme tab &gt; Enable Screensaver toggle.

Note: When enabled, all screensaver configuration fields become active.

Under Select Mode, select one of the following:

1. Select Passive Wake Mode to show a cover screen while keeping the camera on in the background. The cover screen closes automatically when a face is detected. <a href="#h_33c42f0ebf">See Sample screen </a>
2. Select Energy Saver Mode to turn off the camera and show Resume button on the screen. Tap on the Resume button to turn on the camera again and continue authentication. <a href="#h_f63be37315">See Sample screen </a>

Under Trigger Screen-saver after, set how long the device waits before the selected mode starts. Select the required time in minutes (Min) and seconds (Sec).

Under Customize Screensaver, do the following:

1. Enter Title. 
2. Enter Subtitle (optional).
3. Enter Text Color using a hex code.

1. Customer Logo – Click or drag an image to upload.
 Note: The Customer Logo must meet the required specifications. It should be up to 528 × 144 px, with a maximum size of 1 MB, and must be in SVG or PNG format.
2. Background Image – Click or drag an image to upload.
 Note: The Background Image must be up to 1080 × 1920 px with a maximum size of 2 MB, and must be in SVG or PNG format.

The screensaver is enabled and configured successfully.

Note: Tap on the screen to turn on camera and continue authentication.

1. Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.
2. On the Applications page, click on the preferred Oloid Connect application.
