Pre-requisite
Collect the images(faces) of the employees. The users can take pictures from their phone and send it to the Portal Admin to use in the portal.
Create one folder per employee with images(faces). Each folder should be named as primary ID. A maximum of five images can be uploaded.
To upload faces for multiple users, combine all individual user folders into a single folder and then upload the consolidated folder.
Steps to onboard faces in bulk:
Log in to the Oloid Portal.
On the home page of the portal, click Directory on the left panel menu.
The Users page is displayed.
Select Import > Import Faces from Directory menu panel.
The Import Faces page is displayed.
Click Import Faces.
The Import Faces pop-up box is displayed.
Drag and drop the images to upload.
Click Import.
The images are uploaded and listed on Import Faces page.
