How to View and Download User Transaction in Tenant Admin Portal

This document provides step-by-step instructions to view and download user transaction report in Tenant Admin Portal.

Introduction

A user transaction is a record of a user's activity that captures important details such as the date and time of the action, the type of credential used (e.g., NFC, QR code, batch, pin), the name of the application accessed, and the endpoint involved. These transactions help track and analyse user interactions.

Steps to view and download user transaction report:

  1. Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.

  2. On the home page of the portal, click Transactions on the left menu panel.

    The User Transactions page is displayed.

  3. Click Export to excel icon.

    The Export to Excel pop-up box is displayed.

  4. On the Export to Excel pop-up box do the following:

    1. Set a date and time range in From Date & Time calendar.

    2. Set a date and time range in To Date & Time calendar.

    3. Select Time Zone.

    4. Select Use Application Time Zone to show Application's time zone for the Transaction Report.

      Note: You must select Time Zone in the application to make Use Application Time Zone functional. When two distinct time zones are chosen for the Application and the Export to Excel, the Application time zone is prioritized if the Use application time zone is checked.

      To set time zone in the preferred application, go to home page > select the Application > Details tab > Time Zone.

    5. Select Transaction Status.

    6. Select the preferred Application Names.

    7. Select the preferred Endpoint Names.

    8. Enter User's Primary ID.

    9. Select the preferred Mode.

    10. Select the preferred Face Match Status.

    11. Select Download.

    The user transaction report has been successfully downloaded to your device.
