The Tenant Admin Portal allows admins to configure a consent template to obtain user approval before capturing and storing facial data. This ensures privacy compliance and transparent handling of biometric information.

- You must have a Tenant Admin Account.

Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.

On the home page of the portal, click Connections on the left menu panel.

The Connections page is displayed.

Go to Configure tab and do the following:

1. Turn on User Consent Required toggle to provide consent to store and use face.
2. Select a consent template from Select Consent Template dropdown.
3. Click Save.

The consent template is added successfully.

1. Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.
2. On the home page of the portal, click Connections on the left menu panel.
 
 
 The Connections page is displayed.
3. Select a connection name to edit.
 
 
 
 The Connection detail page is displayed.
4. Go to Configure tab and do the following:
 1. Turn on User Consent Required toggle to provide consent to store and use face.
 2. Select a consent template from Select Consent Template dropdown.
 3. Click Save. 
 
 
 
 The consent template is added successfully.
