Introduction
Oloid Verify is a contactless authentication application for time and attendance, clocking, payroll compliance, and workplace access using facial recognition.
Steps to create and configure Verify Application:
Log in to the Oloid Portal.
On the Applications page, click Create Application in the top right.
The Create New Application pop-up box is displayed.
On the pop-up box, do the following:
Enter Application Name and select Application Type.
Click Create.
The Oloid Verify application is created and the configuration page is displayed.
Configure the following:
Note: These are one-time settings and all the default settings are recommended.
Configure Details tab
Modify Application name (if required).
Add Description (Optional).
Set Time-zone (Optional).
Set Idle Screen Soft Time Limit (Optional).
Set Idle Screen Hard Time Limit (Optional).
Configure Authenticator tab
You may enable one or more credential options based on your requirements. Face is enabled by default.
Face
To use face as a credential, enable Face option. Select FR Mode from the FR Mode dropdown and click Save.
Note: The parameters are pre-configured. This is done by Oloid admin.
Badge ID
To use Badge ID as credential, enable Badge ID. Select Badge Type(s) from the dropdown and click Save.
QR Code
To use QR Code credential, enable QR Code.

Design Configure tab
Do the following:
Configure Settings tab
Customize Button Label: Enter Button Label for the Verify application's authentication page.
Enable Offline Mode: This enables endpoint transaction without network availability as the device switches to on-device mode.
Server Response Ping Timeout: Set the time that the endpoint will wait
Use Group Authorization: Enable this option to download groups so that users and endpoints of the same group are downloaded for authorization in offline mode.
Show Intent Screen: Enable this option to make the Intent screen the first screen for the Endpoint kiosk mode.
Configure Passwordless tab
Enable Passwordless Functionality: This enables the endpoint's functionality to switch to Passwordless login.
Passwordless URL: Enter passwordless URL in the text field.
Logout URL: Enter logout URL in the text field.
Configure Actions tab
Show Individual Action Status: TBD
Show Action Status: Enable this option to display the action status of the user's facial transaction. You can customize the messages your user sees on the Oloid Verify App.
Action Processing Label: Enter Action Processing Label in the text field.
Action Success Label: Enter Action Success Label in the text field.
Action Failure Label: Enter Action Failure Label in the text field.
Design Theme tab
You can customize theme of your login page of the Oloid Verify application by following the onscreen instructions.
Configure Health Setup tab
Do the following:
Enter Server Name.
Enter URL that needs to be monitored.
Click Add.
Configure Connections tab
Do the following:
Select + Add Connections to map a connection to the application.
On the Add Connections pop-up box, select connection name(s) from the Select Connection dropdown list and click Add.
Configure Integrations tab
You can Enable Integrations to perform cloud-based actions (Optional).
Configure Exception tab
You can enable Exception Actions to invoke actions in case of failure events (Optional).
Note: Click Save after each action to save your configuration.
The Verify application is configured and listed on the Application page.
