Updated this week

Pre-requisite

You must create a Connection in the Tenant Admin Portal. For more details, How to create a Connection.

Steps to configure a Connection:

  1. Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.

  2. On the home page of the portal, click Connections on the left menu panel.

    The Connections page is displayed.

  3. Click connection name to be configured from the listed connections.

The Connection detail page is displayed.

  4. Go to Settings tab and do the following:

    1. Add Description for the connection (optional).

Note: The description should be less than 140 characters.

    2. Turn on Enable OloID Account toggle.

Note: Enabling this toggle creates an Oloid Account for the user. Once enabled, Oloid Accounts will be automatically generated for all users added to this connection. Users without an associated email ID will be skipped.

    3. Turn on Send App Download Email toggle (optional).

Note: Enabling this toggle sends an email invitation to users with an active Oloid account, prompting them to download the OloID app, which enables physical access authentication using CloudKey.

    4. Turn on Enable Face Quality Check toggle.

Note: Enabling this toggle ensures a face quality check is performed on the captured image before it is added as a user's face credential.

    5. Turn on Face Match Threshold toggle and adjust the slider or enter a value directly into the input box to set the face match threshold value. (Oloid internal use).

Note: Enabling this toggle ensures that a face recognition transaction will only be successful if the captured image meets the minimum face match threshold.

    6. Turn on User Consent Required toggle > Select a Template from the User Consent Required dropdown list. (optional).

Note: Enabling this toggle will prompt users to provide consent to store and use of face for different applications within the workplace during face on-boarding.

Note: To create a consent template, refer How to create a Consent Template.

    7. Set a value in Set User Termination Limit field (optional).

Note: When deleting users via CSV upload, a maximum limit will be enforced as defined above. The default limit is 100 users upto maximum of 5000 users per batch.

    8. Turn on Enable Software Liveness Check for Adding new face toggle.

    9. Set the Minimum Liveness Probability value, either drag the slider or enter a value directly into the input box.

Note: This value defines the minimum probability threshold for considering a face as "live."

    10. Set the Minimum Liveness Quality value, either drag the slider or enter a value directly into the input box.

Note: This value defines the minimum quality threshold for the captured face liveness detection.

    11. Click Save.

      The connection is successfully configured.

    12. Go to Application tab.

Note: The Application tab displays the application(s) associated with the connection.
