A Supervisor can login to the admin mode of the Oloid Verify / Oloid Connect App using two ways:
Pre-requisite:
Password should be updated using the invite email received by the Supervisor.
Note: In case, supervisor has not received any invite email, they should contact the Tenant Admin.
Launch the App.
Note: Since the endpoint is already paired, the App will launch in the preview mode.
Double tap with two fingers on the screen to launch the Admin Mode.
Click Yes- Continue
The Settings screen is displayed.
Click Login as Admin.
The tenant name is pre-populated.
Enter the Supervisor credentials (email ID and the changed password) and click on Login button.
Pre-Requisite:
Face should be onboarded for this user.
Endpoint should be paired in the iPad.
The connection that the supervisor is a part of , should be enabled for the application that the endpoint is paired with.
On the Login Page, click LOG IN WITH FACE button.
This will open the camera preview screen.
Supervisor needs to show their face. As soon as face match is done, Supervisor is logged in to the Admin Mode.
