A Supervisor/Admin can login to the admin mode of the Oloid Verify App using two ways:
Pre-requisite:
Password should be updated using the invite email received by the Supervisor.
Note: In case, supervisor has not received any invite email, they should contact the Tenant Admin.
Steps to Log in with Email and Password:
Launch the App.
Note: Since the endpoint is already paired, the app will launch in the preview mode.
Double tap with two fingers on the screen to launch the Admin Mode.
Click Yes- Continue
The Settings screen is displayed.
Click Login as Admin.
The Login screen is displayed and the tenant name is pre-populated.
Do the following:
Enter Email ID in the Email field.
Enter Password in the Password field.
Tap LOGIN.
You are logged in to the Admin Mode successfully.
Pre-Requisite:
Face should be onboarded for the Supervisor/Admin.
Endpoint should be paired in the iPad.
The connection that the supervisor is a part of , should be enabled for the application that the endpoint is paired with.
Steps to log in with Face.
On the Login Page, click LOG IN WITH FACE button.
This will open the camera preview screen.
Supervisor/admin needs to show their face.
As soon as face match is done, you are logged in to the Admin Mode.
