Introduction
This feature of the Oloid Verify app allows Tenant admins and supervisors to add new users.
Note: Supervisors privileges should be enabled to allow the supervisor to add user. For more, refer to How to enable Add or Delete Users in Tenant Admin Portal for Supervisors
Prerequisite:
You must install the Oloid Verify app on the iPad and log in. For more, refer to Oloid Verify: App Installation and Admin Setup
Ensure that the endpoint is properly paired. For more, refer to How to pair an Oloid Verify endpoint
Steps to Add user:
Launch the Oloid Verify app.
The Settings page is displayed.
Tap +Actions on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
The Actions screen opens.
Tap Add User.
The Add User screen opens.
Enter Name.
Note: First name and Last name should be separated by a space.
Enter Primary ID.
Only alphabets, numbers, and hyphen are accepted.
Enter Secondary ID (Optional).
Only numerals are accepted.
Select connection name from Connection Name list.
Tap Add User.
A new user is added and user details are displayed in Details screen.
