Oloid Verify: Add User

This document provides step-by-step instructions to add user in Oloid Verify App.

Introduction

This feature of the Oloid Verify app allows Tenant admins and supervisors to add new users.

Note: Supervisors privileges should be enabled to allow the supervisor to add user. For more, refer to How to enable Add or Delete Users in Tenant Admin Portal for Supervisors

Prerequisite:

Steps to Add user:

  1. Launch the Oloid Verify app.

    The Settings page is displayed.

  2. Tap +Actions on the menu at the bottom of the screen.

    The Actions screen opens.

  3. Tap Add User.

    The Add User screen opens.

  4. Enter Name.

    Note: First name and Last name should be separated by a space.

  5. Enter Primary ID.

    Only alphabets, numbers, and hyphen are accepted.

  6. Enter Secondary ID (Optional).

    Only numerals are accepted.

  7. Select connection name from Connection Name list.

  8. Tap Add User.

    A new user is added and user details are displayed in Details screen.
