Introduction
The View Endpoint Details feature in the Oloid Verify App allows Tenant Admin and Supervisor to quickly access essential information about the paired endpoint directly from the device.
Prerequisite
You must pair the Oloid Verify endpoint. To pair, refer How to pair an Oloid Verify endpoint.
Steps to to view endpoint details
Launch the Oloid Verify App.
Note: Since the endpoint is already paired, the App will launch in the preview screen of the App. For more information, refer to How to Pair an Oloid Verify Endpoint
Double tap with two fingers on the preview screen to launch the Admin Mode.
Tap Yes- Continue.
The Settings screen along with endpoint details are displayed.
Note: Endpoint details can also be viewed in the Settings tab after logging in as an Admin in Oloid Verify app. To log in, refer to How to log in to the admin mode of Oloid Verify App as an Admin or Supervisor.
