Introduction
This document provides instructions to set PIN for a user using the Oloid Connect app.
Prerequisites
You must have Tenant Admin or Supervisor access to the Oloid Connect app.
You must add the user. To add user refer Oloid Connect - Add User | Oloid Help Center
Steps to set PIN
Launch the Oloid Connect app.
Log in to Admin mode in Oloid Connect app. For more details, refer to How to Log in to Admin Mode in the Oloid Connect App | Oloid Help Center
The Settings screen is displayed.
Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
The Users screen with list of users is displayed.
Select the preferred user from the Users list or search for a user using the search bar at the top.
The user's details screen is displayed.
Go to the PIN tab > tap Add to set PIN.
The Create PIN pop-up box is displayed.
Do the following:
Enter your new PIN.
Re-enter new PIN.
Enter recipient Email ID(s) to share PIN. (Optional)
Tap Save.
The PIN credential is successfully created for the user.
