Introduction
This feature in the Oloid Connect app allows Tenant Admins and Supervisors to email QR code to users.
Pre-requisite:
User should be added to the connection paired with the application.
Steps to send QR Code via email:
Launch the Oloid Connect
app and login with the provided options. Note: For more information about how to log in to the Oloid Connect, refer to How to log in to the Admin mode in Oloid Connect App.
The Settings page is displayed.
Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
The Users page is displayed.
Select a user from Users list to send QR code via email.
The User details screen opens.
Tap QR Code tab.
The QR Code is displayed under the QR Code tab.
Tap Email icon.
The Send QR Code on Email pop-up box is displayed.
Enter the email addresses to share the QR code.
Tap Save.
The QR code is sent to the user's email id.
