This document provides instructions to send a QR Code to a user on email using the Oloid Connect app.

You must have admin access to the Tenant Admin Portal or Supervisor account.

Log in to Admin mode in Oloid Connect app. For more details, refer to <a href="https://oloid.help/en/articles/8671144-how-to-log-in-to-admin-mode-in-the-oloid-connect-app">How to Log in to Admin Mode in the Oloid Connect App | Oloid Help Center</a>

The Settings screen is displayed.

Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Select the preferred user from Users list, or search for a user using the search bar at the top to send QR code via email.

The Send QR Code on Email pop-up box is displayed.

Enter the recipient email addresses to share the QR code. 

The QR code is sent successfully to the user's email id.

 The Settings screen is displayed. 
3. Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.

4. Select the preferred user from Users list, or search for a user using the search bar at the top to send QR code via email.
 
 
 
 The User details screen is displayed. 
5. Tap QR Code tab.
 
 
 
 The QR Code is displayed.
6. Tap Email icon.
 
 
 
 The Send QR Code on Email pop-up box is displayed.
7. Enter the recipient email addresses to share the QR code. 
8. Tap Save.
 
 
 The QR code is sent successfully to the user's email id.
