Introduction
This feature of the Oloid Connect app enables the Supervisor or Tenant Admin to email a QR code to users and extend its expiration time as needed.
Pre-requisite:
User should be added to the connection.
Send QR code on Email
Steps to send QR Code via email:
Launch the Oloid Connect
app.Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
The Users page is displayed with the list of users.
Select a user from Users list to send QR code via email.
The User details screen opens.
Tap QR Code tab.
The QR Code is displayed under the QR Code tab.
Tap Email icon.
The Send QR Code on Email pop-up box is displayed.
You can input the relevant email addresses for sharing the QR codes.
Tap Save.
The QR code is sent to the recipient's (user's) email id.
Extend expiry time
Steps to extend QR Code expiry time:
Launch the Oloid Connect
app.Tap Users on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
The Users page is displayed with the list of users.
Select a user from Users list to extend the QR code expiry time.
The User details screen opens.
Tap QR Code tab.
The QR Code is displayed under the QR Code tab.
Tap Edit icon.
The Extend expiry time pop-up box is displayed.
Tap the calendar icon to adjust the date and time.
Tap Done.
The QR Code expiry time is extended as required.
