Setting up Supervisor Profile
A Tenant Admin has full access to the Oloid Platform and all Oloid-connected devices. To set up a Supervisor profile, you must be a Tenant Admin. Here's how to set up a Supervisor Profile:
Log in to the Oloid Platform.
Click User profile menu
icon.Select Tenant Settings > Admin Controls tab > Supervisors.
Click Invite Supervisor.
The Invite Tenant Supervisor pop-up box is displayed. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
