A Tenant Admin has full access to the Oloid Platform and all Oloid-connected devices.
Prerequisite: You must be a Tenant Admin .
To set up a Supervisor profile:
Log in to the Oloid Platform.
Click User profile icon.
Select Tenant Settings > Admin Controls tab > Supervisors.
Click Invite Supervisor.
The Invite Tenant Supervisor pop-up box is displayed. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
