Introduction
The Theme tab in the Tenant Admin Portal for windows login application allows you to customize the appearance of your Windows Login Application. You can upload your organization’s logo, change the login icon, and update the button text to align with your company’s standards.
Prerequisite
You must create a Windows Login Application in the Tenant Admin Portal. For more details, refer How to create and configure Windows Login Application.
Steps to Edit Theme Tab
Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.
On the Applications page, click on the preferred Windows Login application to edit.
The application page is displayed.
Click Theme tab.
The Theme tab is displayed.
On the Theme section, do the following:
Edit Customer Logo
Note: Image dimension should be less than or equal to 264x72px and maximum size should be 1 MB in PNG format.
Edit Passwordless Login Icon.
Note: Image dimension should be less than or equal to 128x128px and in BMP format.
Edit Passwordless Login Text Button field.
On the Welcome Screen Image section, do one of the following:
Select Default to show the screen without image.
OR
Select Custom image/ App Logo > upload the image.
Note: The maximum image dimension should be 436x165px and maximum file size should be 2 MB in PNG format.
Configure Messages:
Enable Face Capture Instruction: Enable this toggle to enter the preferred message in the text field to display a custom instruction message on the face capture screen to guide users during authentication.
Customize Face Authentication Failure Message: Enable this toggle to enter the preferred message in the text field to display an error message when face authentication fails.
Click Deploy Changes.
The Confirm Update pop-up box is displayed.
Click Update.
The Theme customization is updated for Windows Login Application successfully. You can see the changes in the preview screen.
Sync Configuration to Apply Changes
You must sync the configuration in the Supervisor App to apply the changes. For detailed steps, see How to sync configuration in Supervisor App.
