Introduction
The Theme tab in the Tenant Admin Portal for DeviceLock Application allows admins to customize the app’s appearance to match their organization’s branding. You can upload a logo, set a background image or solid color, and define primary, secondary, and widget colors. Once deployed, the customized theme is applied to the DeviceLock interface for a consistent, branded look.
Prerequisite
You must create DeviceLock Application. To create refer How to create and configure Device Lock application.
Steps to configure Theme Tab
Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.
On the homepage, click the Device Lock Application to be configured.
The Device Lock Application details page is displayed.
Go to Theme tab.
The theme tab is displayed.
Do the following:
Edit Customer logo.
Note: The maximum file dimensions for the logo are 264x72 px, with a maximum size of 1 MB in PNG format.
Background Image: Do one of the following
Edit App logo. (optional)
Note: The maximum file dimensions are 436x165 px, with a maximum size of 1 MB in PNG format.
Edit Foreground image. (optional)
Select Solid Background option > enter color code. (optional)
Note: For best results, upload a portrait image (recommended 1:2 ratio) in PNG format. Maximum file size is 2 MB and dimensions 1080x2048 px.
Edit Primary color code to define the Primary button's default background and its hover-state text color.
Edit Secondary color code to define the Primary button's hover background and its default text color.
Edit the heading which appears as the screen heading.
Edit the text color code of the screen heading.
Edit background color for the Widget's header and footer.
Edit footer text color code in Login App.
Turn on customize help text toggle.
Enter help text with in 120 characters.
Click deploy.
The confirm update pop-up box is displayed.
Click Update.
The DeviceLock theme is updated successfully.
