How to set Screen Timeout Duration for DeviceLock in the Tenant Admin Portal

Log in to the Tenant Admin Portal. For more details refer How to log in to the Tenant Admin Portal.

On the homepage of the portal, click the preferred application from the application list.

Go to Configure tab > click Configure Passwordless from the left menu panel.

Turn on Enable Passwordless Config toggle > select Passwordless Login

Note: Turning on this toggle will disable Clock In / Clock Out mode.

Select the duration in minutes and seconds from the dropdown list or enter the value directly in the field.

Click Save.

The screen lock timeout duration is set successfully.
