How to reset password for Oloid DeviceLock App

Introduction

The Oloid DeviceLock App allows Admin and Supervisors to reset their password securely using the Forgot Password option. This feature helps regain access to the app by sending a reset code to the registered email, enabling you to create a new password and continue using the application without disruption.

Prerequisite:

You must install Oloid DeviceLock App on your device. To install refer How to install Oloid Device Lock app.

Steps to reset password:

  1. Launch DeviceLock app.

    The Welcome screen is displayed.

  2. Click More option icon ( ) on bottom-right side of the screen.

    The Enter Admin Mode pop-up box is displayed.

  3. On the Enter Admin Mode pop-up box, tap Continue.

  4. Tap Login as Supervisor.

  5. Tap Forgot Password.

  6. Enter Email ID > tap Reset.

  7. Reset Password instructions are sent to your email ID successfully.

  8. Open you email > go to inbox.

  9. Copy the confirmation code > click on the Reset Password link.

    The Set New Password page is displayed.

  10. Enter Work Email ID.

  11. Enter Code received on Reset Password email.

  12. Enter New Password.

  13. Click Login.

    The Password for Oloid DeviceLock is reset successfully.
