Introduction
The QR Code Enrollment feature in the Oloid DeviceLock App allows admin to generate and assign unique QR codes to users for secure, passwordless authentication on Android devices. Once enrolled, users can scan their QR code to quickly access their Workforce/HRMS platform or unlock their device.
Prerequisite
You must have Admin Access in the Device Lock Application.
Steps to Enroll QR Code
Login to the Admin mode in DeviceLock App. To login refer How to log in to admin mode in DeviceLock App.
Go to Users tab > select the preferred user.
The user details screen is displayed.
Tap QR Code.
The QR Code screen is displayed.
Tap Add.
The Create QR Code pop-up box is displayed.
Do the following:
Select QR Code Validity.
Enter the Email ID (Optional).
Tap Create.
The QR Code is added successfully.
The created QR code will be displayed in the QR Code tab.
