To install Supervisor App you need to download and install from the Oloid Portal in one of the following ways:
Steps to download from File Sharing:
Log in to the Oloid Portal.
On the homepage of the portal, click User profile icon on the bottom left corner of the menu panel.
The user profile menu is displayed.
Select File Sharing.
The File Sharing screen is displayed.
Do the following:
Select .Net SDK file to download.
Select Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable file to download.
Select OloidPasswordlessSupervisor.Setup.msi to download.
All the files are downloaded to the local device.
Steps to download from Tenant Settings:
Log in to the Oloid Portal.
On the homepage of the portal, click User profile icon on the bottom left corner of the menu panel.
The user profile menu is displayed.
Select Tenant Settings.
The Tenant Settings screen is displayed.
Go to Oloid Apps tab > Windows Authenticator App.
Select the preferred version from the Win-Login-Installer dropdown list, then click the Download button
icon.
The installer file is downloaded to your local device.
