Introduction
Chrome Vault provides an Admin Mode that allows administrators to manage settings, configure features, and perform advanced actions beyond regular user access. Logging in to Admin Mode ensures that only authorized users can make administrative changes to the Chrome Vault application.
Prerequisite
You must install and setup Chrome Vault. For more details refer Setting up and using Chrome Vault.
Steps to log in to Admin Mode
Open Google Chrome browser and click Chrome Vault icon located on the toolbar.
The Welcome screen with pairing is displayed.
Note: The pairing screen appears if chrome vault is not configured.
The application is automatically paired successfully.
Note: In case auto-pairing fails, you can manually pair the device. For more details, refer How to manually pair endpoint in Chrome Vault.
Click More option (
) icon > select Admin Mode.
The Admin Mode is displayed in a new tab.
Do the following:
Enter Username or email ID.
Enter Password.
Click Login.
You are successfully logged in to the admin mode.
