Introduction
The Reset Tenant feature in Chrome Vault allows the admin to remove the existing tenant configuration and restore the application to its default state. This is useful when switching to a new tenant or reconfiguring the application for different organizational needs.
Prerequisites
You must have a Tenant Admin account.
Steps to Reset Tenant
Open Google Chrome browser and click Chrome Vault icon located on the toolbar.
The Welcome screen is displayed.
Go to More option (
) icon > Admin Mode.
The Chrome Vault login screen is displayed on a new tab.
Do the following:
Enter your Username or Email ID.
Enter Password.
Click Login.
The Endpoint pair screen is displayed.
On the home screen, select More (
) icon > Reset Tenant.
The Confirm Tenant Reset page is displayed.
Select Reset Tenant.
The tenant has been reset successfully.
