How to configure User Portal

This document provides step-by-step instruction to configure user portal .

Steps to configure User Portal:

  1. Log in to the Oloid Portal.

  2. On the homepage, click user profile icon from the bottom left.

    The user profile menu is displayed.

  3. Click Tenant Settings.

    The Tenant Settings page is displayed.

  4. Go to App Settings > User Portal.

Configure the following:

The User Portal is configured.

Configure Settings Tab

  1. Select one or more Login options

    1. Face

    2. Email

    3. Phone

      The selected option(s) are displayed on the user-portal login screen.

  2. Enter the Label for user's unique ID.

    Note: User unique ID functions if Face is selected as credential.

    Note: You can enter employee ID, Primary ID, Username, Email etc. as user's unique ID.

  3. Select SSO options to log in to your User Portal using Single Sign-On.

    • Google

    • Azure

    • Ping

    • Okta

    • Custom Button

      You can use this option to add any specific url to log into the portal.

      • Enter Custom Label.

      • Enter URL for Add Redirect URL.

        Note: Custom Label and Add Redirect URL get enabled and mandatory to fill if Custom Button is selected as SSO option.

    The selected login options are displayed in your login screen. You can see the changes in the preview screen on the right side of the page.

  4. Select credential(s) for Allow Credential Creation.

    • Face

    • Badge

    • NFC/ID

    • PIN

    • Individual Password.

    The user can create or update the selected credential from the User Portal.

  5. Click Deploy.

    The Confirm Update pop-up screen is displayed.

  6. Click Update.

    The Settings tab is configured successfully.

Customize Theme Tab

  1. Upload logo in Customer Logo.

  2. Enter color code in Widget Header/Footer Color.

  3. Enter color code for Header Text Color.

  4. Enter color code for Primary Color.

  5. Enter color code for Secondary Color.

  6. Click Deploy Changes.

    The Confirm Update pop-up screen is displayed.

  7. Click Update.

    Note: You can see all your customized changes in the preview screen.

The Theme tab is customized successfully.
