Introduction
The DeviceLock app allows users to unlock their Android device using a secure PIN. Tenant Admins or Supervisors can enroll a PIN for users directly from the app. Once enrolled, the PIN is linked to the user’s profile and can be used for device authentication, providing an additional or alternative login method to access the device.
Steps to enroll PIN:
Login to the Admin mode in DeviceLock App. To login refer How to log in to admin mode in DeviceLock App.
Go to Users tab > select the preferred user.
Go to PIN tab > tap Add PIN.
The create PIN pop-up box is displayed.
On the pop-up box, do the following:
Enter the PIN.
Re-enter the PIN.
Enter recipient email to share the PIN.
The PIN is successfully enrolled.
