Installing the Oloid Connect App

Device Compatibility

Ensure that your device is compatible with the Oloid Connect App. See, Hardware requirement for Oloid Connect installation

Internet Connection

Make sure your device is connected to the internet, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data, for the app installation and setup.

Installation Steps

Download from App Store (iOS)

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your iOS device.

  2. In the search bar, type "Oloid Connect" and tap "Search."

  3. Find the Oloid Connect App in the search results and tap "Install."

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Initial Setup


  • You should be a Tenant Admin.

    Note : Contact Oloid Support, if you don't have Tenant Admin account.

  • Application, Connections, and template (optional) are configured in Oloid Portal.

1. Launch the Oloid Connect App after installation.

The login page is displayed.

3. Enter Tenant Name.

4. Enter your email id in the Email text field.

5. Enter your password in the Password text field.

6. Tap LOGIN.

The Settings page is displayed.

Note: If your face is added to the Oloid Portal as a Tenant Admin, you can tap on LOG IN WITH FACE to log in using your face.

You can now set up your device to use the Oloid Connect app.

  • Ensure your device meets the app's requirements.

  • Check your internet connection during installation.

  • Verify that you've granted the necessary permissions to the app.
