Oloid Connect is a contactless authentication app for time and attendance tracking, payroll compliance, and workplace access. The app enables employees to log in to the workforce and HRMS systems without entering a username or password.
Installation and Configuration
The Oloid Connect app is installed and configured on the iPad.

Configuration
Platform
For an end-user to use the Oloid Connect for Passwordless app, the Tenant admin must perform the following configuration in the Oloid Platform.
Set up Application and Connection
Note: Configure Passwordless tab under application must be configured for the Passwordless feature to work in Oloid Connect

Oloid Connect App
After installing the Oloid Connect app, the Tenant Admin/Supervisor can log in to pair the endpoint.

Note: Endpoint pairing in Oloid Connect generates an endpoint ID with endpoint details in the Oloid Portal.
Once the endpoint is paired successfully, log in using:

Settings
The Tenant Admin or Supervisor can access the settings section of the Oloid Connect app to pair, repair, and unpair endpoint.

Preview Settings
The Tenant Admin/Supervisor can enter Admin Mode by double-tapping in Preview Mode. In Admin Mode, they can view the Endpoint Details page and perform hardware and health checks.
User Management
Based on customer request, Tenant Admin/Supervisor can assign credentials from Oloid Connect App.
Set up the following based on your need:
Actions tab
In the Action tab, Tenant Admin/Supervisor can add users to the Oloid Connect app. They can also add configure shared credential for users.
Use
Using Oloid Connect for Passwordless, users can securely log into their accounts with various authentication methods, including NFC, facial recognition, PIN, QR codes, password, and badges.
Report Generation
Tenant admin/Supervisor can generate and download user transactions and reports in the Oloid Portal to track user transactions, filter data by parameters such as date, time zone, and status, and download the report for analysis.
