It is an Android-based application to log into your Workforce/HRMS platforms and Android Device using physical identity factors (like Face, Badge, NFC tags, and PIN). The Physical Identity factors can be combined in any order using factor sequencing for Multi-factor Authentication.

Installation

  • Download and install the Device lock installation file. (APK file).

For instructions to install the file, see How to install Oloid Device Lock app

Note: Currently Oloid team provides the installation file(APK file). Device Lock is compatible with only Android Version 6.0 and above tablets.

Configuration

For Oloid's Device Lock to function, it needs to be configured in the Oloid Platform.

Initial set up

  • Set up Application and Connection

  • Create user and assign user to Connection.

  • Enable Authenticator factors in Application

For setting up Application and Connection, see Set up Application and Connection guide

For creating User in Oloid Portal, see User Onboarding guide.

For assigning user to Connection, see How to add user guide.
