How to enable badge option for Supervisor App

To enable badge option:

  1. Log in to the Oloid Portal.

  2. Select the application that is configured in the Supervisor App.

    The configuration page is displayed.

  3. Select Configure > Enroll Options > Turn on Enable Badge Options.

  4. Do one of the following:

    1. Select Enroll Badge Only to enable Badge login

    2. Select Enroll Badge + Pin to enable Badge and Pin login.

  5. Click Save.

    The configuration is saved successfully.

    Note: You must run sync configuration in the Supervisor app to reflect the changes.
