Steps to Sync Users:
Log in to the Oloid Portal.
On the home page of the portal, click Groups on the left panel menu.
The Groups page is displayed.
Click Group Name to edit from the listed groups.
The Group detail page is displayed.
Do one of the following:
Go to Action > click Sync Users.
The Confirm Action pop-up box is displayed.
Click Yes to confirm the action.
Go to Users tab > click Sync users icon.
The users of the group are synced to the device.
