Introduction
This document provides step-by-step instructions to view and edit User’s PIN in the Supervisor App.
Steps to Edit PIN:
Log in to Supervisor App. For more, refer to How to log in to Supervisor App
The Admin Home screen is displayed.
On the Admin Home screen, select User Management.
The Users screen is displayed.
Select the user to view and edit user's PIN.
The User details screen is displayed.
Select PIN tab> Edit icon.
The Edit PIN dialog box is displayed.
Do the following:
Enter your new PIN.
Re-enter your new PIN.
Share PIN with respective email IDs (Optional).
Click Update.
The PIN is updated successfully.
