Supervisor App: Enroll Badge

Introduction

This document provides step-by-step instructions to enroll a badge credential for a user in the Supervisor App.

Steps to update badge:

  1. Log in to Supervisor App. For more, refer to How to log in to Supervisor App

    The Admin Home screen is displayed.

  2. On the Admin Home screen, select User Management.

    The Users screen is displayed.

  3. Select a user to view details.

  4. Select Badge tab > Scan Badge to Edit.

    The Scan Badge to Enroll pop-up box is displayed.

  5. Do the following:

    1. Scan your badge in the Badge Reader.

      The scanned badge number is auto-populated on the Scan Badge to Edit field.

    2. Click Create.

      The badge is enrolled successfully.
